About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization by overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control activities. Responsibilities

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise insights into financial performance.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including pricing analysis, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Partner with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to provide financial support and guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
